Hotel Lesar Hotel Angel

Our opinion of the hotel was mixed. When we arrived it was very warm and we were told the A/C was not working as it was winter (it was May) but when pressed management explained that is had not been connected as it was a new hotel and we would have to wait until Monday for and electrician to connect it. This is not appropriate when one is paying 4 star prices. We managed to negotiate with the hotel for a discount and they found some old fans the following morning for us. The breakfast on the weekend was quite nice but on the Monday morning it was as though weekday breakfasts are not really catered for and it was hard to even find someone to provide coffee. The linen and the beds are lovely, the rooms are quite large in general and we had a twin room and a double room in the group. Our shower did not drain properly due to the rainfall shower. We would stay there again but the hotel does need to improve its service if they intend to charge 4 star prices.
